The service was great! Mayela was of great help. My daughter was very happy with the dress she found and picked!. Also the dress was cheaper than in other places we went. Now we wait and see the outcome is when the dress arrives and we go to get fit. I will let you know of the outcome on our next review. So far, everything was excellent the 1st visit.

The girls were very attentive and accommodating when I came in for my appointment! I got here an hour early and they took care of me right away and helped me in selecting the perfect dresses to try based on what I wanted. i would definitely recommend this boutique to future quinceañeras!

Great Experience! Palmira helped my little sister find the dress of her dreams. She was very patient and showed her all the dresses that she had in mind. She helped her get into her dresses and each time took pictures with an iPad so she can compared. Awesome experience! I would 1000% recommend!

We had such a great experience here. I recently came with my daughter in November to try dresses on and staff was very patient and helpful. We had done research before hand so we were ready with a couple dresses she for sure wanted to try on.
She wasn’t fully decided so they took down the information of the potential dress. We tried several other boutiques but she was set on this dress.
We came back today they had all the information saved which I appreciated , they let her still try on a couple new dresses until she finally decided she was set and ready. Angie was so great and helpful I appreciated that even though she was recently there she still took her measurements to be fully sure of sizing. We are super excited and can’t wait.

Recently visited this boutique with my cousin (who was the one looking for the dress) and she loved the store. She wouldn't stop raving about everything. The service that Ms. Angie provided her was like no other. She said Ms. Angie felt her be heard and really helped her find the dress she was looking for. She can't be more excited for quince now. Today I came from out of state to try and look for my dress. Fernanda helped me and was super nice. It was the first shop I went to, even though I tried looking at other dresses I couldn’t get over MY dress from this shop. Staff was orderly nice, especially Fernanda, and I just loved everything about my experience there!

We are from out of state eight hours away from Chicago, our experience with princess Paradise has been excellent. The first time that we came was in May 2024 looking for my daughters quinceañera dress Mayela was the girl that helped us out I can only say wonderful stuff about her. She treated my daughter like a true princess all the time we were there. Was very patient and helpful with vanessa and with us.They called me a week in advance that the dress was ready and that we needed to do the final fitting, I also told them if I could get the package and they said, of course, there was no problem. Wr came back for the final fitting I can’t remember the girls name but she treated us great and made my daughter feel again like a princess. Thank you guys.
